Workshop diary of Imre Kertész presented
The Imre Kertész Institute in Budapest celebrated the 94th anniversary of the birth of Nobel Prize winning writer, Imre Kertész with a special day. On this occasion the author's workshop diary entitled Vázlatok (Sketches), which he kept parallel to the writing of his famous novel, Fatelessness, was presented at a round table discussion.

New Artists of the Nation
In 2023 three artists won the Artist of the National Award, the most prestigious Hungarian art recognition, which the awardees received on 3 November from György Vashegyi, the President of HAA at the centre of HAA, the Vigadó. The Artist of the Nation Award Committee gave the award to István Lantos, pianist, organist, music teacher, regular member of HAA, Ferenc Sajdik, graphic artist, caricaturist as well as György Selmeczi, composer, pianist, conductor.

Judit Reigl's exhibition in Kunsthalle
Centenary exhibition from all periods of her life
The exhibition entitled Judit Reigl 100 – Judit Reigl and the Second Paris School can be viewed from 4 October at Kunsthalle (Műcsarnok), the institute of HAA. The exhibition was opened by the President of the Republic, Katalin Novák, and greeted by György Vashegyi, President of HAA as well as György Szegő, Director of Kunsthalle. Gábor Richly, Secretary General of HAA was also present at the opening ceremony.

Group exhibition of HAA's graphic artists in Bucharest
A group exhibition of HAA's graphic artists opened in the exhibition halls of the Liszt Institute - Hungarian Cultural Center in Bucharest as part of the 2nd Bucharest Graphic Days. Ernő Sára, Chair of Section of Industrial and Design Arts of HAA compiled a representative selection of the works of eleven Hungarian graphic artists who are internationally known and appreciated.
